The importance of failing.
We’ve had this ‘male’ yang way of thinking drilling into us that’s not about creativity, about water, about flow. It’s about right and wrong, yes and no. Flowing, changing, ebbing, receding is all part of divine water feminine energy.
There is no right and wrong in a dance, in enjoying sexuality, in a wave rising and crashing.
This is what Aphrodite and Water teaches us. To change our mind - not just once but CONSTANTLY.
We’ve been taught we need to decide on what we want and not change our mind. Creativity, sexuality, is about flow with our circumstances - it’s about constant change and constant adaptation - about the dance not about coming to rest.. but resting in the movement.
Letting go of trying to stop. And letting go of trying to make everything else stop.
Dancing. Lesson 1.. let’s get right and wrong out of our vocabulary. This is about yielding and flowing.
You’re not here to OPEN someone’s chakra, to LISTEN to someone. You’re not here to start and action and complete and action. You’re already in the dance.. it’s about dancing the dance you’re already in. Flowing with the flow, ebbing with the ebb. Not forcing, not pushing, not starting or stopping. There is no action, there is no start or stop.. there is just being and flowing and dancing with that being.
We don’t push or pull. We allow. We try less and allow more.
We open. We blossom like a flower. We open to the energy. We open like the scallop she’ll Aphrodite arose from on the waves born of sea foam.
It’s not about arriving at a conclusion, not about being right or wrong. We don’t come to rest. It’s not about seeking rest by being still. It’s about resting in the movement - the natural ebb and flow of everything.. stop fighting it. Let go. Allow.
Then Stop. Come to rest. Flow to rest like water.
Let them come. Let them recede. We don’t need to label them. We can sing them, move them, dance them, cry them, scream them,
Feel it in your body. Feel your body connected and swirling. Feel into your swirling sacral chakra.
When meditating we don’t TRY. We don’t come to meditation. We awaken to the state we’ve always been in but just had our eyes closed. We wake up into the state of ebbing and flowing we permanently exist inside of and that exists inside us as we’re one with all.
Zoe is already always in this state. Working with her we create a vacuum and she will pull towards us.. we push at her and she will float away.. like pulling a hand backwards and forwards through water and watching the flower petals dance on the surface.
“Never assume that loud is strong and quiet is weak. the fiercest storms arise from the calmest seas.” - Tommy Shelby
Don’t push into what you want - awaken into the flow of the dance of the energy already infusing every fibre of your being.
You are water. You are fire. You are nature growing and opening. You are thought and sound and light.
The Universe is you, you are it. Slide into the dance with yourself - your greater self that extends into every living thing, that extends through time and space.
It’s not about becoming, or trying, or getting things right, or stopping the mind. It’s not about black and white or wrong and right. It’s not about action starting or stopping.
We ARE already here - perfectly here. It’s about ceasing to fight with the Universe and dance with the ebbing and flowing, the pushing and pulling - laughing and letting go.
Right and wrong are masculine words. We’re dealing with the Divine Feminine here! We can’t get things ‘wrong’. There’s just flowing. We don’t rate it out of 10 or give it stars to say how competent it is.
We connect and worship Aphrodite through the opening of our sacral chakra, through feeling that ebb and flow inside our sexuality, through surrendering to it and letting go.
Do an exercise of letting go where women and men around the group link arms and support 1 other person to lay across their arms. That person is to let go and feel held, supported, feel our combined strength. Become one with the group - surrendering that need to individually look after ourself - but be held, nurtured, honoured, cared for.
There aren’t important things and non important things. There are just things. In fact.. there aren’t even things. There is energy which expresses itself as a thing for a time. It’s all the one energy and it’s never lost.
Action begins, action ends, an outcome is achieved. These are all male energies. They start. They stop.
Always. Perpetuity. These are feminine traits.
There is no “this is okay, this is not okay.” Flow with your feelings. Do what comes to your mind.
Water doesn’t start. It doesn’t stop. It is. It moves. It is pulled and pushed and responds with the energy it meets. It wears down rock and that which is still. It surrenders and gives in and comes back pushing and having its way. It is yielding and propelling.
When is the end of water? Show me the starting of water? Show me the water being right or wrong. Put these words out of your mind. Be water.
Do. Act. Be part. Be part of what’s going on.
Coffee cup analogy - flowing with the coffeecup keeps the coffee from spilling. Trying to do to much or trying to go against the natural ebb and flow results in a mess to clean up.
Grounding helps us face fear
Sacral: facing ourself helps us to face our guilt and shame
Solar: rage. Our sense of no I did not choose that! THIS is what I choose!
Heart: peace, joy. Oneness. Connection.
You first get rooted in source (base) then yourself (Sacral) then what you want (your actions that come from that - solar)
This is how you get to know you and your place, your connection and what you can do.
From there we move to heart and the oneness of all things, of all people, we experience joy and peace as we connect to our place in the now as we connect to everything in the now.
From there we find out voice and communicate and listen and go blue
From there we open our eye and sight comes in, sight goes out.
Then crown: as we open to our place in the Universe - allowing thought in. Joining the galactic collective

Honing the mind to a swords edge allows the Empath to stay calm and focused amidst turmoil
Knowing the self
Knowing the self allows the Empath to filter out what is mine from what is outside influences. Allowing the Empath to focus in on the source of the outside information
In depth mastery of each separate emotion
Understanding the root emotions and the branches of emotion that stem from the root. Eg: rage is related to anger.
Skills at how to process each emotion. How do we get to the root of anger or process loss and grief? How do we disassemble guilt and cut off the root of its power
How does each emotion with? And how does each toxic interaction work? Does guilt have roots? Do we cut off these roots? Or so we somehow shrink them or do we magically just move to a new place? What are the techniques for working with each emotion?
Creating a healthy environment
Removing oneself from a toxic environment
Flowing with emotions
What exercises can you do to master principles?
Mastering the houses of fire, water, stone, air, shadow, earth
Earth = nature
Stone is different to earth.
Mastery of the mind but also mastery of the body.
The spiritual path is the path of listening. Our minds, our bodies, our homes, our relationships are all a reflection of our spiritual progress towards a oneness with the self.
Messy house points to a messy mind which points to a lack of connection with the self.
How do you connect with the self?
The self is only found here. Now. It only exists in reality - not in the delusion of the hallucinations of the mind.
The self EXISTS. Therefore it is possible to find it, listen to it, learn from it. One must choose to seek and listen. One must choose to DO, to act on what has been heard. One must choose to walk the path.
Words and symbols for the college

What would empathic meditation involve?
Exercises to tune people in
Exercises to show people certain empathic principles or teach them the principles
Exercises with feeling into our own energy - starting on the outside .. aligning with the pulses - noticing the pulses, the sounds, the vibrations of our own aura. Then through merging with the outside layer we sit with that and go for a ride.. eventually we align so much we stop noticing it and we can see what’s beneath - repeat.
Exercises to notice our own energy - most of the time we CANT notice it. So techniques for things like paying attention to the energy around our nose, our jaw, our shoulders, back, stomach, etc. where is energy held?
Exercises sitting with other people’s energy and feeling into what they’re feeling
Working with photos and videos of people. Flowing our energy onto them.. and soaking in.
How to flow your energy onto someone.
How to move your energy around so that you can push it onto people or around people.
How to protect people with our aura
How to trace back feelings to their source
How to tune into people remotely
