Discussion: why did you do what you did? You are at choice. Every element of life - you are at choice. If you did that exercise again - would you do it differently?
Exercise: stop them doing something - mid action. Why did you stop?
We’ve all been taught Compliance and those deeply empathic enough learnt it so well that we exist now to serve others.
Rules are faster to process.
Fire empath work is about burning all that away. Burning away the constructs we’ve placed in our mind: every rule, every law, every perception.
We have this concept that we need to check in with others when we choose to do something. Maybe that comes from childhood but it’s time to relearn that now.
Check in with you instead. Find what you want and how you want to do things.

I choose my life
I choose how I treat others
I choose how others treat me
I use the word “No!”
I use the word “Yes!”
I am powerful
I am amazing
I am love

There are two places you can operate out of: fear and love. Love is choice and power. Fear is “I have no choice” and feeling out of control or like other people have the power - the choice is yours.
We find ourselves thinking “oh I owe this person .. I really need to pay them back. They did something for me now I need to do something for them”
Like there’s something in our mind saying “I owe them. I don’t get a choice here. I chose to do it in the first place and now I have to follow through with my promise, follow through with paying them back.. I need to.”
You are welcome to exert your will onto the world
I choose to create the world around me that I CHOOSE the world to be.
As an empath I have the unique perspective that I can sense others needs as if they were my own. I have the unique ability to create into the world things that everyone needs.
How do you create into the world:
I am here to create what I see the world needs
I am here to create into the world what’s on my heart to create
And when we choose to not to do what our heart wants to do - that’s what causes depression.

What is the thing you’ve been avoiding or putting off the most?
What is the most epic thing you could possibly do? Do that!
