I’m not taking my life by the horns.. I’m just sort of trying to ignore it so it goes away.
What do I really want?
Get people to write down:
And get then to do the dog at the beach visualisation then come back and look at which sense they use most
Then image cycling we want to experience each thing.. whether that be how will they feel when they have it or picturing it.
What do I want? Meditation by Deepak Chakra. Use this as a Zen practise first to get deep down.
Digging down through problems to the truth of what is helps us to logically see the processes going on and once we see them clearly .. it all makes sense.. we can then start to make changes.
Judgment comes when we don’t understand something. Deep understanding leads to empathy and grace.
We’re quick to judge because it’s a primitive reactionary system that allows quick calculations faster - they’re not always right but they keep us alive in most cases quickly.
When I do not understand a situation well - I will judge. When I do understand a situation well - I curate, I teach.
Song: this is me
More fire empath
Ikigai poly pentagon
I’ve been reworking the ikigai concept for life happiness and I now believe that instead of trying to find one single life purpose that fits four categories - instead I propose a poly pentagram arrangement. Where you embrace multiple things you’re passionate about in five categories.
- Things your spirit wants to do
- Things your mind wants to do
- Things your body wants to do
- Things your emotions want to experience
- People you want to connect to
Find a way to make a living off one of these, help the world with one of these.
Do things I am passionate about:
Once we find the passion of our heart the birds come and try to eat up all the seeds.
And when the birds have finished and there’s nothing left in our heart but footprints from others so sadly take a look and realise here is our passion in its full glory still sitting there.
The world can’t take our passions. They can’t touch them. We are the ones who plaster over our passions and lock them away in sets of drawers. We are the ones who attach structure to our passions which can be eaten away by termites..
But our passions can never be touched. They are the proverbial red light dot cats try and catch.
Our passions come from the light dimension .. we can’t touch them.. but they power us. Like heat and light from a fire.
Shadow: our dark side is not scared of the dark
Ready set wait exercise
See how I just got you all, the most beautiful people on the planet and didn’t meet your needs? In fact I disappointed some of you? If I, am Empath, can do this with other empaths.. we all can do that with people who REALLY need to learn their lessons - people who push or pull at us.
We don’t act until the uncomfortable feeling of the problem overweights how uncomfortable it will be to fix the problem.. and we sit and we stew and stew until finally we crack and we get depressed and anxious and then finally .. we fix it .. and it’s all over
Fire work is about choice. We can bypass all that nonsense by simply choosing the problems we want to deal with and dealing with them - curating our energy space like an art gallery.
Breathe in imagining sucking fire into the body surrounding the solar plexus.
Breathe out pulling the stomach back into the spine and up into the solar plexus.. imagining fire splashing out throughout your body.. all the way to your fingers, toes and top of the head.
