The Interplay of the Elements
Water is reactionary though.. it reacts to energy coming at it but comes to rest without an external energy source
Hence the important of FIRE! The third chakra!
Water - you find yourself reacting to energy all around you - doing things before you even know why or what for just to find out later why you were prompted to do things
The energy pushes in and you splash back
Fire heats air and causes it to expand - Fire is essential for air mastery
To understand an element we must understand the element that comes before it in the cycle, after it, and it’s opposite.
Fire expands air and creates movement.. air moves water and creates waves - waves wear away stone.
Stone holds water safely so it can be free to slosh.
Fire merges water with air.
Fire melts stone causing it to flow and change and create and grow.
It all starts with fire.. way way way back. The primordial force of creation which is why the fire chakra powers everything. Choku Rei represents the breath.. coming in and down and swirling tighter and tighter and faster and hotter like a suns gravity cycling down hydrogen into a nuclear explosion
Water is dense - it can absorb anything.. that’s why, we can absorb ANY emotion that’s thrown at us, allow our internal shape to change and wrap around it and respond automatically with the inverse energy.
