This augmented breath-work meditation removes the need to focus on your breath and instead expands your focus across your entire body as you notice the effects of breathing instead of focusing on your breath.
It is excellent for people who struggle with breath-work, people who find visualisation-style meditations difficult and anyone who wants to quickly be able to enter a deep meditative state.
What this session typically looks like:
In this session i'll explore the various styles of meditation you may have tried before and then guide you through the process of doing meditation in a completely new way - through experiencing and noticing - rather than trying to focus. The session will conclude with a deep waterfall meditation
