What you will learn in this session:
Zen is our natural state. A state we rarely experience with the hustle and bustle of life. Zen is the art of choosing to spend time wholly inside one moment. As we let go of everything else besides this moment we float back to a state of deep peace where any action performed within this state create ripples of joy.
When we are trying to do multiple things at once, trying to be efficient with our time continuously we step out of our natural state of Zen - a state of deep creativity, insight, awareness, peace and love.
The Zen Questioning meditation gives us a shortcut back to this state of Zen - teaching us a technique which allows us to quickly achieve Zen within a few moments. It involves pushing into a particular question in order to discover the depths of the answer. First flowing through the answers of our ego until we hit a state of Zen (typically within about 5 minutes) where we start getting progressively deeper and deeper insights into the question we are asking.
What this session typically looks like:
In this session i'll be teaching you the Zen Questioning meditation technique which allows us to ask questions and obtain progressively deeper and deeper insights. Questions such as "what is the meaning of life?", "What should i do for a career?", "How do i contact my spirit guides?", "How do i love myself better?", "What should i do with my current relationship?" lends itself perfectly to this technique which works by bouncing off layers of insight, accepting them, allowing that layer to melt and then pressing deeper to bounce off answers and layers that progressively become more in tune with the overall truth.
